What you'll do.

Your core work is athlete partnership outreach: researching athletes, writing personalized pitches, tracking conversations in our CRM, and reporting results. You're trained on every step, and a supervisor reviews your work each week.

Frequently asked questions.

Can I get academic credit for this?

Many schools offer credit for internships like this one. Your school decides. We provide whatever documentation it needs: hour logs, supervisor forms, evaluations, and learning agreements. Tell us what your program requires and we'll complete it.

Is the internship paid?

No. This is an unpaid internship designed for academic credit. Strong interns may be considered for paid roles on the team when positions open.

Is it remote?

Yes. It's remote, 10–15 hours a week over a semester, with a weekly check-in with your supervisor and a weekly team call. We give you the training, the SOPs and our internal systems, so you're never figuring it out alone.

What will I actually be doing?

Outreach. You reach out to college athletes and creators on behalf of Electro, track your conversations, and build relationships that turn into partnerships. Everything is templated and taught. You'll also learn CRM tracking, reporting, and how NIL partnerships are structured.

How many hours a week is it?

10–15 hours a week. If your school requires a specific number of hours for credit, we'll structure the internship around it.

Do I need any experience?

No. We train every intern from the start: outreach, partnerships, and how NIL actually works. What matters is that you're reliable, curious, and communicate well.

What do I get out of it besides credit?

Hands-on experience in outreach, partnerships, and CRM operations you can put on a resume, direct coaching from the founders, and a letter of recommendation and certificate when you complete the program.

How fast will I hear back?

Every application is reviewed by our team, and you'll usually hear back within a few days. If it's a fit, we'll invite you to a short interview before onboarding.
