PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days after processing. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

ADDRESS ISSUES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at contact@electrogum.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, reach out to contact@electrogum.com within 7 days and we'll make it right.
