ElectroGum Early Black Friday Apple Watch Giveaway: Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN RHODE ISLAND AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.
1. Sponsor
The ElectroGum Early Black Friday Apple Watch Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by ElectroGum LLC, Miami, Florida ("Sponsor"). Questions: contact@electrogum.com. Apple Inc. is not a participant in, sponsor of, or affiliated with this Giveaway. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc. or TikTok.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible. The Giveaway is void in Rhode Island and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on October 22, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 27, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
4. How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter. Each eligible person may receive only one (1) entry for the Giveaway, regardless of the method used. If more than one entry is received from the same person, email address or household, Sponsor may void all but the first eligible entry.
Method 1: Automatic entry with a qualifying purchase. During the Giveaway Period, place a subscription order for an Electro Gum 8-Pack at electrogum.com (a "Qualifying Purchase"). You will automatically receive one (1) entry, using the name and email address on the order. One-time (non-subscription) orders and other pack sizes are not Qualifying Purchases.
Method 2: Free alternative method of entry. During the Giveaway Period, send an email to contact@electrogum.com with the subject "Apple Watch Giveaway Entry" and your full name, email address and state of residence. Free entries are treated exactly the same as entries from a Qualifying Purchase and have the same chance of winning. Submitting a free entry does not require agreeing to receive marketing messages from Sponsor.
Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, late, illegible, or generated by script, macro, bot or other automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or undelivered entries.
5. Prizes
Ten (10) prizes will be awarded. Each prize is one (1) Apple Watch, or, if that model is unavailable, a comparable smartwatch of equal or greater value selected by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize: $399. Total ARV of all prizes: $3,990. Actual value may vary. No cash alternative, transfer or substitution is allowed, except by Sponsor as stated above. Prizes are awarded "as is" with only the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.
6. Drawing and Odds
On or about December 1, 2026, Sponsor, through a verified third-party draw service, will select ten (10) potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified by email at the address on their entry on or about December 5, 2026. A potential winner must reply within seven (7) days of the notification and may be asked to confirm eligibility and provide a US shipping address. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not reply in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Prizes will be shipped to the verified winner's US address within about thirty (30) days of verification.
8. Release and Publicity
By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to release Sponsor and its affiliates, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents ("Released Parties") from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of the prize. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize allows Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial and state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway and award the prizes in a random drawing from the eligible entries received before the action was taken.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or network failures, or for any injury or damage to any person's computer or device related to participating in the Giveaway. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the Giveaway.
11. Disputes and Governing Law
These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
12. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Giveaway and is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
13. Winners List
For the first names, last initials and states of the winners, email contact@electrogum.com with the subject line "Apple Watch Giveaway Winners" by January 31, 2027.
